yesterday, on Armistice, when we celebrate the peace  of the ending of a war that was to end all wars with bells ringing and silence and dedication to perpetuating peace, goodwill and mutual understanding, a friend suggested we continue the observing of the 11th hour with bell ringing which sounds like a beautiful idea to me…
