Today turned into a very different pilgrimage than imagined, i love journeys like this… going with flow, immersing fully in love, aligning with essence, deepening into stillness… the path is golden, inner light overflowing into radiant field of sunflowers whispering, “i love you, i love you, i love you…” Every breath now whispering, “i love you, i love you, i love you…” Yes to this journey of coming home to the heart, of always being love, of always whispering “i love you, i love you, i love you…”

Named Ocean Wave of Love I awake today feeling a heaviness around walking an unknown path “alone” (alone wrapped in quotation marks since i know we are never alone) so i open my backpack and pull out my SHERO practices:

SMILE – Start My Internal Love Engine

Heart – breathing deeply through it

Embrace – all that comes

Reverence – all that is

Open ever wider

Hell YES! Now, i am tuned in and dancing in the rhythm of the waves of mystery!!

Another moment and another to enter more profoundly into sacred space beyond words tuning into the music of the spheres always whispering love. A day of dolphin dancing in the deep blue sea sky one with all my relations in the intricately woven web of life…

One of my favorite SHERO practices is the H one, the Heart breathing, it is the very heart of the Poetic PEACE Pilgrimage and to each of our journeys. I am devoted to coming home to the heart through breathing, to opening to the miracle flow. Breathing deeply through our one heart is the panacea to awaken us to the love we are… Woo Hoo! What a journey we’re on and this moment is one of celebration… We are facing our shadows with compassion and with gentle strength taking down the dams to restore river’s natural currents… Blowing big kisses!
