the journey today takes me to Stillness, a place, a sacred space where i love to sojourn especially during the ebb tides when life goes dormant and slowing down, grounding deeply into dark earth is the way through… holding the tension and embracing the pause ensures seeing the light at the end of the proverbial tunnel… do you see feel taste hear touch the radiance? breathe deeply through our one heart and you are there for ever…
a day of rocking the baby and coming deeper and deeper into the sacred space of the heart…. another pilgrimage into slowing down rhythms and being peaceful repose… free to be fully present in the eternal moment of now, open to lovingkindness circling through the web of life… good night moon…

under the fullness of the in between times moon
gifted with light to share with the all
holding crystalline shafts reflecting the moon

On this day of pilgrimage, i awaken to, in and with brilliant light warming every one of the trillions of cells of beingness that I AM, Sun am i with the power of a Niagra Falls of love pouring through… Smiling…
I begin today’s walk as witnessing all as loving kindness – what an inspiring way to jumpstart a day and to open wide the doors to see forever…

Awakening to gray drizzle today inspires stopping the everyday world and traveling down into ocean depths where i can be a shell bathing in the sea of love, a repository of love. Even with the past few days of flowing in beauty out of the circle of limitation, I am quaking at today’s call of the wild to defy gravity even more, to break my heart open wider – am i up for this adventure? Armed with the light of the heart, can i find my way past the boulders blocking the path and the weed entanglements? Smiling and chanting thanks, i dive into the darkness breathing through our one heart in the rhythm of the waves. In the stillness of Deep Mystery, i embrace what comes content to dwell here until the way clears… letting go, being flow on the beautyway of the illuminated heart…
