One of my favorite childhood memories is staying with my Grandmother and living her simple life close to the earth. After a day of cooking and gardening and walking and being with friends, she would always get on her knees to pray before going into dreamtime. Similarly, i must breathe in through our one heart and write out this prayer before i can close my eyes at day’s end… Today, i witness so much and at moments it is hard to bare, and yet, i’m still breathing thanksgiving with every breath which somehow inspires continuing onward…

Meditating today on Sunday’s new moon in Aries, the first of this astrological year, a potent space to create life anew, i re-treat inside into the Blissness Blue Moon Lodge to swim with whales through the ocean of rainbow being. As beautiful as the outer whale pilgrimage, the inner whale journey is as compelling and innergizing as i breathe with whales in rhythm with waves…

Named Whale Watching 2014 004 Whale Watching Pilgrimage 2014 Continues

Hope you are enjoying the journey up the Oregon coast from Otis to Oceanside to Manzanita for a beautiful sunset… Our intrepid pilgrims are now on the road to Hug Point and as you might be able to tell, March is not going out like a lamb, she’s still roaring like a lamb and churning the sea magnificently… Now, get ready for a surprise…

Yes, it’s a dream cave and a Hug Point where many pilgrims gather… Let’s all breathe in through our one heart together entering the cave of dreams to manifest a multiverse of PEACE…

And now, we come out into the sun and take flight with the sea eagles landing in another sacred site…

So, here we are in Echo-La (yes, it is actually Ecola) for our final pilgrimage destination…

Let’s zoom in for one last look…

Whale Watching, Part Deux aka Rainbow Journeying

I love rainbows and i’ve been a professional rainbow chaser for a little over one turn around the sun. When venturing out on this year’s whale watching journey, i had no idea, none, that it would be a rainbow chasing marathon from start to finish and in between… I couldn’t catch the rainbows in the sky, i am able to share the rainbow found in seafoam on the beach and here are a couple of pictures of the glorious setting sun…

Woo Hoo! Today is our 8th Annual Whale Watching Pilgrimage and it is the best ever!! Leave Portalandia early in the pouring down rain that accompanies us through the Coastal Range and affords us the opportunity to enjoy 4 rainbows!! Sop in to refresh at a place everyone must visit – the Otis Cafe in Otis, Oregon which i’ve renamed Stillness – it is for sale…

Hints of sunshine portend an end to the rain?

Heading towards Oceanside, here is some of the flowing beautyway encountered today…

March winds are still roaring, stirring the Pacific dramatically, the sun and other pilgrims are coming out to immerse in the beauty…

Spring is coming to Oceanside, one of my favorite pilgrimage sites – what a joy to see the greening of this sacred space since last we walked here almost three months ago when it was Epiphany, such a glorious day of light and now it’s the 1st new moon of the beginning of the astrological year…

My heart smiles with yours as we flow on this beauty way…

I travel this day as a free and easy wanderer of the center wondering how the moments will unfold. Floating in the ocean of our being like on a fluffy cloud flowing through the sky, i am perfectly positioned to immerse fully in life and witness all the clouds flying by…

It is a good way to walk the path of radical simplicity, less and less attached, freer and so more open to embracing what comes and what goes like the breath coming in and going out transporting us deeper and deeper into the center of the earth where in the stillness we re-member we are one with all that is, we are love dancing in the rhythm of luminous waves…

100 Days!

On this journey, I AM being in a deeper way…

each breath through our one heart centers

each step on earth mother a kiss

each communion with sun a celebration

each reunion with moon a dance

each moment in flow

On this road less traveled, I AM trusting more profoundly…

listening to the whispers from our one heart

aligning with cosmic wisdom

all flowing beauty

On this pilgrimage home, I AM surrendering more completely

re-membering we are love and that’s all that we need

living from the heart in thought word and deed

flowing into great mystery

I fell in love with paths and pilgrimages as a child, i loved the annual spring ritual of watching The Wizard of Oz on tv and dancing merrily down the yellow brick road with Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion. March winds and turbulent energy flows are taking me back to the whirlwind that began the journey of awakening for Dorothy, for me, for you…

In the midst of the tornado, everything known and stable is deconstructed to be built anew and so we must start fresh with a child’s vision of wonder and trust as we travel the yellow brick road, the golden path, the SHERO Journey to SELF™ where we re-member, like Dorothy, that we had the power all along, we are the power, we always have the ability to come home, we are always home…
