a day of presence…. swimming in the deep blue sea, tuning into the core… contemplating impermanence in a universe where everything is in flux… like the ocean, all is moving and transforming from breath to breath… like the moon, we cycle again and again through phases, always changing from moment to moment…

diving deeper, i enter the stillpoint trusting the center will hold…. i breathe into the center and surrender to the mother who cradles me like a newborn  while we rock gently back and forth like the waves…. i open my eyes and feel the support of the ocean of love where we all live….

smiling that in a world that is always turning, , in a world where the constant is change, always love remains…
