A Community of the Spirit

today, our caravan celebrates three years of gathering with each other to dance in the space of the sacred grove in the field of unitive consciousness with our sangha of boundless love… it is always such a wondrous moment of eternity… we invite you all to circle with us in a communion of spirit immersed in the soul song of our one cosmic heart to deepen into the ever expanding unfolding of the endless journey into infinite possibility…

let us come together by joining hands and dancing into the sacred grove sitting around the fire, the light and feeling the love geometrically progress as it passes from one of us to another, to another, to another… spirit loves light and water so nestled with our trees in the sacred grove in the unitive field, the field out beyond, let’s bring in water and deepen with an ori blessing which is a wonderfilled way to begin each day and is in keeping with the call to expand and deepen into consciousness which brought us together 3 years ago and keeps us together in every moment of eternity… take some water and put it on your 3^rd eye to open vision and now move your hand with water to the crown opening universal consciousness, real-eyes-ation and now move your hand to the back of your neck to open creativity… we will sit here still with the sun in the portal of soulstice inspiring vision to come…

as we continue breathing deeply into our wisdom center one with our wise ansisters, bring attention to the base of the spine, the root chakra and the element of earth asking, what is my potential? now, move to the sacral, the element of water asking, how do I feel about myself? Move onto the soular plexus and the element of fire asking, what is this experience of commotion, chaos? let’s move on up to the heat chakra with the energy of channeling, of circulation and the element of air seeing the energy of commotion and chaos now being channeled and so now we move back down to the soular plexus which is now the energy of locomotion… what are you leaving behind? what are you taking with you into the rebirthing? breathing in deeply, we move to the throat chakra, element of ether and space where we express in thought word and deed out into the world and now move back down to the sacral witnessing how our raw emotions influence others and now move into the 3^rd eye, the energy of insight contemplating what is one insight gained, the central insight among the many… we move back down to the root seeing that what was potential is now integrated… and so, we move now to the crown chakra, sacred space of real-eyes-ation… breathing in deeply infinite gratitude and chanting:

I Am the Divine Mother/She lives in me/ And everything she needs/Comes easily to me…

dear universe, thank you for blessing me with all the things I need the most, that I do not yet know are possible…

breathing in deeply 3 times, we open our eyes and heart and smile which inspires our internal love engine to drive the peace train, the caravan for all our relations…

for  this week’s edition of I wish I could show you, when you are lonely or in darkness, the astonishing light of your own being in light of tragic events across the cosmos, let us come home to the open field of beloved community, of the sangha, of a gathering of friends, a spacious safe space to come together to acknowledge the unspeakable, to share our grief, to bear witness to the resiliency of the spirit, the inner light that shines eternally…

it has been said that the next buddha will be a sangha, the next incarnation of the dalai lama will be a sangha… part of this shift of the ages seems to be moving us from a consciousness of the individual to a consciousness of community understanding we do all belong to each other, there is only one of us here, one body made up of seventy trillion cells to the seventy trillionth power infinitely…

as we take flight with the great turning, may we re-member our roots as beings of love who flourish through cooperation and re-create culture of kindness re-cognizing our kinship with all that is…

let us take this moment and every moment to fill ourselves with the love of our earthmother and sky father, sister moon and brother sun and gather all the quintessence of our cosmic home,,, and, it is this light, this love that dissolves all impurities, alchemizing the lead into gold…

always re-member the self-organizing intelligence of the vast morphic field’s imperative is for us to rise, to rise, to rise like the waves in the ocean mirroring their rhythmic motion …

children of the earth, in addition to this being the moment for the weekly edition of the astonishing light of being, it is also the 1000th day ofa sacred practice that a soul friend and i invoke daily for the purification and liberation of all our relatives…

we have arrived on this 1000th day, we are at home in a field of grace…

i love the old Tibetan prophecy proclaiming  when 1000 Goddesses gather, the Divine Feminine will rebirth through their combined energies, and the tone of the planet will shift from one of fear to compassion as well as bringing back balance ​between the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine into the cosmos…

today, i/we celebrate the benefits and merits of 1000 days of devoted daily practice of this mystical transmission… i awoke this morning with 1000 Days singing through all 70 trillion wild cells; since we dwell in a field of interbeing, i wonder how many of us are feeling the waves of blessing and purification arising  in this magical moment of rebirth?

i love offering this beloved practice everyday for us all; for me, it’s more crucial than the things we routinely do like brushing teeth and hair and washing your face… as with anything and everything, i am helped and guided along the way… i love sharing gratitude and love for this practice and am so happy to know of many who join in the practice… before doing it everyday, I was doing it intermittently for about 6 months but it was when I shared it with a soul friend who asked if she could join with me in the practice that the 1000% commitment took hold. I highly recommend sharing this journey with a partner or pod… some days I would have foregone the practice without the support of another beating heart… if anyone would like to commune about this practice, i’d love to connect…

even when doing it intermittently, it so quickly took hold and started organizing my life around – everything is grace… in the beginning and still to this day with every invoking, it is a fresh new experience… in the beginning, i had questions sometimes and would live and contemplate them, now, i often don’t hear the words as words, more as a rhythm of sounds, waves of light flowing through each and every cell activating and enlivening…

when asked what has this sacred practice given me, i am quick to answer stability, core stability in the implicate order, divine design, to truly know in every cell no matter what turbulence that in Dame Julian’s immortal words, “all is well…”

with this 1000th day’s impending approach and arrival, so much percolates… i real eyes with both the fire and water eyes, that this commitment to wholehearted love is an ultimate and neverending purification… and, i’m just beginning this practice that flows through us all eternally…
