thank you to farmer of the heart and of the land, Wendell Berry, for so aptly describing my experience of late as i walk this pathless path… these moments when the rubber touches the road and we are given the opportunity to walk our talk, to keep putting one foot in front of the other, to listen deeply within for which way to go, to trust we are being pulled along the path with a heart…

and, thank you to the cosmic hum for singing our soul song through our bones, for leading us along the path with a heart…

into a field of, holy synchronicity!, graceland arises…

Named Synchronous September 4 Light Hands Laborers of Love

this week’s installment of “the astonishing light of being” spotlights the labor of love movement (it is labor day weekend in Canada and the USA), the many hands make light work and make light shine so brightly beings who share their gifts of love and light so generously…

it is so easy to find pictures demonstrating the astonishing light of your being for you and every other being i know more than qualifies… it is so encouraging that in these times of the great turning/returning, the shift back into heart consciousness, more and more of our work force are laborers of love…

may we all celebrate our laboring, our birthing a onederful world of love…

           If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you.  Be honest and sincere anyway.

            What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight.  Create anyway.

are you still drawing down the energy of the dark new moon and feeling the excitement of new beginnings? i’m so happy to have planted a field of simplicity seeds and to see them already sprouting… i’m also excited about a loooong labor day weekend here on turtle island… not only will i be celebrating the labor force all over the cosmos, but also labor in the sense of giving birth… giving birth to the new in this turning of the seasons space… digging down in the dark earth and resting while taking nourishment from the expansive, underground roots…

what a way, what a space to wander in wonder and celebrate the world to come that is already here in the quantum field where our mental constructs of past, present and future are dissolved into the present moment, the only moment, the only thing that is, the all that is… yes, let’s just share this moment breathing in deeply… love, Love, LOVE!

welcome our new moon of synchronous september, perfectly on the new moon in virgo, the foretelling moon… how synchronistic this new beginning ushers in eclipse season with an annular soular eclipse, a ring of fire around the dark moon heralding a golden opportunity to align with new intentions, to plant new seeds of energy… under virgo’s tutelage, we also can be virgin, one-in-her(him)self, more fully an expression of our birthright, more fully committed to serving the whole, the we are, all our relations…

my intention is to align with the master sculpting force that chisels away the stone of illusion and expectation releasing the spirit held within to take flight and dive ever deeper into the peace passing all understanding, the peace found in the center of the medicine wheel…

and as you listen to the song singing you, what do you hear?

Named Awakening August 31 Blessing the Space Between Us Nags Head 2014 2 019

whew! awakening august has both flown by at the speed of hummingbird and each day is filled to overflowing with the whole spectrum as if a month has elapsed rather than a day leaving me feeling i’ve covered thousands of miles… so much space to bless this month as we’ve metaphorically traveled the seven seas and everywhere in between even if we never left our dwelling place… and on top of all the awakening and trancing, growing and staying still, moving and grounding, on top of all of these life moments, we are capping off this month’s end with blessing and a new moon in virgo and an annular soular eclipse, a fiery ring around the dark moon…

so, as we bid adieu to one moon, we enjoy an opportunity during eclipse season to release and let go of victimization, illusions, delusions, wounds, toxins, the coulda beens and shoulda beens constricting free flowing and we get to re-align new intentions and plant new seeds of energy staying true to virgo’s call to be fully ourselves and to serve all our relations with our unique gifts…

our one heart sings as we walk this path together, coming home to our one heart, summoning the courage in each moment to take one more step, simply one more step…

i awaken today on this next to last day of awakening august with two words playing through me… maitri and karuna… lovingkindness and compassion… how much i need these nutrients, this sun and water… how much we all require these most essential nutrients as we meet each moment fully, as we meet it as a friend…

the more turbulence in the world, the more we are called to be lovingkindness for ourselves and all others… today’s turbulence and ruptures also whisper of letting go, of traveling lightly between the worlds of here and now and the great beyond… deeper and deeper into mystery, the silence beyond all words…

i’m beyond words today, so, I’m going to let Rilke’s words to a young poet stand for me and sink in to all my tired, frustrated cells… I’m walking a forgotten path today – translation – trying to design a new website and it’s mercury retrograde, perhaps you can resonate, such sage encouragement for a moment like this, for any and every moment…

thank you for being rainmakers, harmony beings, wherever we are… in our own forms, in all sacred spaces here and beyond… with every breath and in every moment, may we thank the waters of life for all the blessings given by water, the source of life, our original home, our eternal home…

if you are able to visit a body of water in the physical world, wonderful… re-member, we are bodies of water, so, every breath that blows through us is moisturized by the inner river flowing through us… thank you, water, for giving us life and sustaining us…

water, in this moment we honor you and thank you for nourishing the dried up spaces in and around us and bringing us back to life…

water, we see through our water eye we are one vast sea of love energy and commit to being stewards of you listening deeply to your songs teaching us and showing us the way to share with all children of the earth reverence for water, source of life, reverence for water, teacher of how to be, reverence for water, healer and anointer of life everlasting…
