Named Serene September 6 Poetic PEACE Pilgrim Jeweledwhat a beautiful day of resting in and reflecting on the sacred journey into mystery we share, the pilgrimage of our one heart we walk together step by step and breath by breath… today, on the three month anniversary of a journey which totally upended the life known, i am feeling like a sunflower starting to burst through the dark earth of the lower world and peering out at the beauty of the middle world through eyes of wonder and love…

these moons of dreaming beauty while cloistered in earth mother’s cavernous belly and rocked on the lap of the great mother herself, are quintessentially restorative, holy ground for emptying, for surrendering all to love and birthing anew a world humming at the frequency of grace…

thousandfold thanks for walking home with me…

every outbreath, an emptying… every inbreath, a re-membering…

I AM pure consciousness, the underlying essence of all elements and beings.
I AM the innate nature of everything.
In pure water I AM the sweet taste.
In the sun and moon I AM the radiance.
In the very center of human beings I live as virility and courage.
I AM the sacred word Om, which is an appellation of the Divine , and I AM the sound of it heard throughout the universe.
I AM the slight, delicate scent, the sweet fragrance of the earth.
I AM the brilliance in both fire and sun, and I AM the light of Divinity in all beings.

in this moment, this beautiful moment, breathe in deeply our earth mother’s love

bathe in her beauty, slow down into her rhythm, her elemental rhythm of divine love

listen for her whispers flowing in the breeze, listen to them echoing from the trees

in this moment, this beautiful moment, breathe in deeply again and again

returning home to our one heart, wild and free once again…

Named Serene September 3 Spiralbeing the soul of the space places one right in the center of the swirling medicine wheel, in the sacred stillpoint beyond separation, one with all that is… in these oh so stimulating times moving at warp speed, i find this haiku, which has been a mantra chanting me for the past two years, perfect to bring me home to the most powerful presence of trusting life with every breath so that i surrender to the divine… I AM the divine, We Are The Eternal Radiance, i see the divine in everything as do you for we are all DAFT (Divine Alchemical Flow Team) members flowing in beauty being the soul of the space wherever we be… Thank you for walking home with me… Boundless Love!

Welcome to a new beginning, Serene September, ninth moon of some calendars…

Love Prayer

As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering
are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth.
Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.
As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody
as I try to force my desires on this person,
even though I knew the time was not right and the person was not ready for it,
and even though this person was me.
Today I call it “RESPECT”.
As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life,
and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.
Today I call it “MATURITY”.
As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance,
I am in the right place at the right time,
and everything happens at the exactly right moment.
So I could be calm.
Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.
As I began to love myself I quit steeling my own time,
and I stopped designing huge projects for the future.
Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness,
things I love to do and that make my heart cheer,
and I do them in my own way and in my own rhythm.
Today I call it “SIMPLICITY”.
As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything
that is no good for my health – food, people, things, situations,
and everything the drew me down and away from myself.
At first I called this attitude a healthy egoism.
Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.
As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right,
and ever since I was wrong less of the time.
Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.
As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past
and worry about the future.
Now, I only live for the moment, where EVERYTHING is happening.
Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.
As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me
and it can make me sick.
But As I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally.
Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

in this moment, this beautiful moment, may we shower ourselves and each other with lovingkindness re-membering we optimize health for all with the smallest of gestures… a SMILE, hugs, thumbs up, really listening, taking healing breaks throughout the day, flowers, a cuppa, coming home to the moment with every breath, seeing through the eyes of grace… like this open hand, being open vessels for life to flow through… every inbreath, inhaling grace, every outbreath, surrendering efforting and striving and pushing against the river… always trusting what is ours to do/be comes to us naturally; we need only listen to our one heart’s song whispering the way on the path with heart…

Named Amazing August 30 Confluence Celilo Falls 8-30-15for the last fortnight, the veil between the worlds is so thin, slipping in and out is as easy as breathing in and breathing out… i was not sure until we were on the road whether today’s journey would materialize… a journey through the mists, piercing the curtains to arrive in the land of the ancestors in the time before the falls disappeared under the river…

a day of shifting sands, wind rushing in, spirits whispering softly to enter in… we say yes to the full moon’s call to leap boldly into the great beyond and swim in the waters holding ancient memory and re-member what it is to truly be like the salmon of old – happy, huge and free…

traversing the narrows of the birth canal to be reborn in the ocean of radiance, is dancing in beauty on the rainbow trail, a shero journey an epic tale…

Named Amazing August 28 Rumi Beautifulyes, Yes, YES! You Are So Beautiful!! Take this moment, this beautiful moment to breathe in your beauty and breathe it out with an exuberant YES!

today, i celebrate two years of living Hell YES! when something arises and i’m resonating wholeheartedly, hearing/feeling/sensing in every wild cell Hell YES!, i go for it full steam ahead… this practice grew organically from a practice begun almost four years ago of saying thank you to everything that arises.. of course there are many things that confound my mind as to why be thankful for that which is the beauty of the practice and is like contemplating a koan… it is a tried and true path for opening the heart this saying thank you, this saying yes, Yes, YES! Hell YES!

breathing in, feel something positive… breathing out, say yes… breathing in energy, breathing out yes… breathing in peace… breathing out yes…

may we all feel our one heart, all that is, whispering yes, Yes, YES with every breath…
