Named Blessingway 5 Nags Head 2014 2 028 Sun to SeaSoulful September, a moon of surrender, of dancing a path of devotion and seeing blessings everywhere, a moon of shedding old skins like the trees dropping leaves, a moon of being sacred space, of living simply, of simply living, a moon of massive earth movement, a moon of diving deeply into the ocean and opening the portal to the river below the river, and resting on grandmother’s lap as the water flows freely flooding the landscape, a moon of witnessing and waiting for the water to settle trusting that it will, a moon of being blessingway…

Named Blessingway 3 Nags Head 2014 2 006

the pilgrimage today is an inner blessingway of slowly re-entering the earth below like a leaf falling softly and lightly touching ground in contrast to yesterday’s epic outer journey… i love this day of dancing to the melody singing through me, the lost chords returning home as we walk the rainbow bridge stretching from sea to shining sea…

perfect day at the beach… walking up the sand dune, hearing the waves, smelling the salt, feeling home, kissing the sand with barefeet, falling in love all over again with this magical water colored in hummingbird hues this overcast moment, immersing wholeheartedly in the sea is a holy sacrament like being consciously in the watery womb and as the wave of water breaks, we emerge like newborns into sunlight cradled in the lap of our mother the earth…

Poetic PEACE Pilgrimage – Day 255 – August 28, 2014

Named Tahoma Awakening 28 Hummingbird

gray day foreshadows fall and i begin as a leaf floating down to the ground whereupon butterflies alight and flutter their wings calling me to arise and move across turtle island but first comes practice… smiling ignites love and i re-member my jules and the pilgrimage we shall make shortly which starts the feedback loop of gratitude fueling being the moment… feeling something is moving powerfully and i breathe it in again and again… as i sync deeper into the heart, a hummingbird appears and is a joy to behold as she dances her beautyway embracing what is and holding a space of liberating grace… thank you, thank you, thank you…
