holy synchronicity! i wanted to find a picture of one of my favorite coastal destinedations, hug point, a beautiful gateway sacred space and what shows up as a memory today? yes, just the picture that was calling me on this wild and crazy day that simply pulled me into one challenge after another with each one more awash in grace and ease…

long story short, things have been going on in the physical realm warranting attention… first stop, the lab for my weekly check and being loving presence in a busy cancer center… from there, i was sent to the hospital for testing which confirmed my suspicion of a blood clot and then the lovely news that i wouldn’t be admitted to the hospital and could return home to the hospital(ity) center to be treated…

thanks be for this day of blessings, of stepping through the gateway into the cave of the heart, of surrendering to universal love source’s rhythmic cosmic flow…

a rainbow day both outside and inside with gray clouds turning blue as the sun breaks through for a moment and the rain clouds return to circle the sun and color the sky with a bow of beauty… a day to dance in the rhythm of the waves, to be a wave flowing in the sea, to be the sea flowing back and forth… a day of diving deeper into calm waters, letting go, opening to flow…

may we all be at peace with our hearts wide open to the radiance of our true nature…

children of the waters flow home to deep blue sea

where we dance with dolphins throughout infinite eternity

and we undulate with seahorses in the waves of light frequency

creating ever widening arcs of iridescent harmony…

a magical day in the metaphorical sea, in the timelessness of eternity stretching across the cosmos infinitely… contemplating, contemplating, real-eye-sing… circulating, circulating, ambulating… children of the waters flowing home to deep blue sea… return, return to be beloved’s breath and weave her threads into seamless blessing tapestry…

post script… holy synchronicity! today is sacred earth, sacred trust, a day of worldwide prayer and action for people and the planet!! love, love, love…

thanks be for calm abiding in the sea, for quantum leaping through distraction frequency arriving in the buoyant sea, the buoyancy of love energy… i know a little something of distraction, don’t we all? oh, to keep from feeling the pain, seeing illusion… today, i hit a wall and find the courage to be there, to soothe my little caterpillar self and relax into the butterfly energy… intuiting light at the end of the tunnel, the light of the sun always shining even in the darkest night…

the impeded stream sings as transformation flows through the marrow deep inside bones… it’s time to leave the known and venture into the desert, boundless space of awakening on the other shore of wandering…

coming home to the sea to simply be present in true reality…

May I Be a Guard

May I be a guard for those who need protection
A guide for those on the path
A boat, a raft, a bridge for those who wish to cross the flood
