as we approach soulstice, the day the sun stands still, i find myself re-membering the lucid dream image of many moons ago when i stared into the towering wave stretching across the earth reaching up to the heavens… suspended in the stillpoint of the ocean of being, I AM in the moment, this beautiful moment…

body, speech and mind in perfect harmony

our heart floats along in rhythm with the inner wave

listen, really listen, to this wave of wonder

wandering as pilgrim to our true home

welcoming this moment

present moment
