May I be a guard for those who need protection
A guide for those on the path
A boat, a raft, a bridge for those who wish to cross the flood
May I be a lamp in the darkness
A resting place for the weary
A healing medicine for all who are sick
A vase of plenty, a tree of miracles
And for the boundless multitudes of living beings

after yesterday’s restorative sleeping beauty rest, i awaken in beauty for this new moon in gemini, this seventh moon of the thirteen moons known as the earth regeneration moon, to set intentions for this moment, every moment, this day, this moon…
as we relax into the stillpoint by deeply breathing through our one heart way down into the belly, the earth of our being, we contemplate what is it we value deeply and wish for all our relations throughout the cosmos… especially if no specific answers arise, trust the answers are unfolding in perfect rhythm…
now, let’s set an intention, a commitment, a tone… let’s use the four immeasurables prayer:
May all beings attain happiness and its causes.
May all beings be free from suffering and its causes.
May all beings never be separated from joy that is free of misery.
May all beings abide in equanimity, free from bias, attachment, and aversion.

what a totally awesome pilgrimage day simply being a free and easy wanderer dancing around the cosmos, floating in the buoyant sea which is to say that i fell into the deepest lucid dream state for what seemed a brief, shining moment and an eternity all rolled into one, a seamless kaleidoscopic vision of shifting images connected by the delicate threads of grandmother’s gossamer web…
everything so crystal clear, so all connected in the stillpoint, the spaciousness of emptiness with nowhere to go and nothing to do… simply be open to what is…. open, open, open… to the sounds of silence emanating from the heart’s wellspring of wisdom…
yes, to this intention, this commitment, tn every moment, with every breath…
the original plan had me traveling for 24 hours and arriving in Portalandia late Wednesday night… i did spend the 24 hours traveling and only got as far as Chicago… today i awaken magically at 5:55 for a sumptuous feast of fresh fruits and nuts before catching my carriage (hotel shuttle) for O’Hare… I was giving myself 2 and 1/2 hours to get through the lines which actually took 25 minutes from being dropped off at the terminal to sitting at my gate!
so, i now have this amazing gift of 2 hours in this busy airport with hundreds of people passing by and so i SMILE to Start My Internal Love Engine and begin radiating love and blessings to everyone,,, what a way to spend a day!
