powerful nor’easter stirs up a wild sea

waves of turbulence move through her and me…

descending into murky depths in search of equanimity,

drifting down deeper and deeper into the great beyond…

enter now the cavernous womb of the river below

ground of true emptiness, cosmic wave’s resting space

between charged particles, electric points blinking, winking and nodding

telepathing a message to follow this path of connecting dots calling us home

to let go and let flow in the silence of stillness patiently awaiting el canto hondo…

deep earth song, gaia’s soul song now ringing and rippling throughout the cosmos

harmony returns transmuting desert into oasis overflowing love…

today, i didn’t even have to walk outside to inspire contemplation of how amazing life is… it began with a dream of walking a maze and arriving at an amazing wedding feast… when awake, some news that i’ve been patiently awaiting arrived in my inbox and the outside sky joins with me in tears of joy and celebratory rain dancing…

what did amazing look like for you today?

in this moment, this beautiful moment, sit still in the heart chakra whose center is everywhere reflecting on the infinity wave, sacred space of vesica piscis, circumambulating in continuous, swirling motion through the all that is in the rhythm of confluence of complementary, ever-changing tides…

breathe in, breathe out like rolling ocean waves deeper and deeper into the stillpoint, ground zero point of being where everything falls away and listen, listen… the well is whispering and re-joy-sing… always, all is well…

i also intend my life/our lives as a statement of love and compassion and love seeing all of us, all our relations walking the cosmos, being breathed by the cosmos in this sacred way…

in the USA, today is Presidents Day and my contemplation turns to leadership and how critical it is now, in this cycle of he great turning, for leadership to be infused with love and compassion…

Psalms 15 sings this contemplation beautifully…

who can be trusted with power,
and who may act in your place?
Those with a passion for justice,
who speak the truth from their hearts;
who have let go of selfish interests
and grown beyond their own lives;
who see the wretched as their family
and the poor as their flesh and blood.
They alone are impartial
and worthy of the people’s trust.
Their compassion lights up the whole earth,
and their kindness endures forever.

may we all embrace leading our lives from the most powerful energy there is, the energy of love and compassion…

another day on the pilgrimage of love, another easy way to be… as easy as breathing one two three… breathing in love, breathing out love, breathing in love, breathing out love, breathing in love, breathing out love… seeding/re-seeding, cycling/re-cycling the unitive field, ocean of consciousness, sea of love energy, cosmic oneness with the only energy there is – particles of radiant love forming one vast wave of light, the first emanation to pour forth from the great silence and travel, as do we, as a rolling wave of loving light energy… sometimes as a whirling dervish transforming everything in the path, other times as a stationary tower commanding stillness, always a wave of light flowing love through the cosmos, always a wave of love flowing light through the cosmos, seeding/re-seeding, cycling/re-cycling particles of love into the one radiant wave of light…

yes, we are… while celebrating Mardi Gras, or as i like to think of it as Go Wild Day, i’ve been humming and singing “When the Saints Go Marching In” and contemplating how we, as in all our relations, are saints and though every day is love day, our thoughts really turn to it around Valentine’s which is five days away, so why don’t we appoint ourselves, Ambassadors of Love and Light… of course, we’re free to keep the positions forever and to spread love and light wherever we are… i so love your joining me in this lovely mission which is in keeping with Pope Francis’s wish for Lenten sacrifice – give up our indifference to others…

yes, let’s generously throw kindness like confetti and smile at everyone and give out love liberally and…..
