a rare rainy moment offers space to listen as the winds blow the tree’s whispers like raindrops onto thirsty earth… a moment to reflect on thanksgiving on island, in is land where living is so in communion with elementals… island living is “is land” living, is being the present moment, is presence… inspiring some ABC’s of Is Land Living…

A is for Aloha, Abundance, Awe

B is for Beauty, Bliss, Breath

C is for Celebration, Creation, Communion, Compassion, Circle, Center

D is for Dreamtime, Dolphin, Dancing

E is for Essence, Embrace, Earth

F is for Flow, Flora, Fauna

G is for Grace

H is for Heart, Home, Honu

I is for Is Land

J is for Joy

K is for Kindness

L is for Light, Love

M is for Mahalo, Moon

now, that we are halfway through, let’s breathe these blessings deeply through our one heart radiating them out into the great beyond and breathe into the remaining blessings on the way…

in every wild and precious moment, may we all feel more of the beautiful light we are and may we shine on the path as we walk each other home…

magical miraculous moment as we dance along the rainbow trail with rain softly kissing our faces and sun warmly embracing our bodies… out of the mists from the depths of the canyon, an echo of harmony resounds and colors the sky… we re-member we are boundless like the arc encircling pachamama and beautiful like the unchained melody of our multiverse…

a perfect moment in the rainbow state with hearts wide open to what is as the wind whispers bestowing blessings for all as we walk the sacred path of oneness…

it’s a beautiful thanksgiving in the neighborhood… sun, sand, barefootin’ on soft green grass, gathering with the green sea turtles, gazing into and warmed by sun, cooled by brisk trade winds off an awakened sea, every step a walk in beauty, every breath, a blessingway, connecting with beloveds, old and new, communing with all our relations, celebrating the bounty of pachamama… aloha and mahalo!

loving the endless path we all traverse

thankful for this moment to converse

silently with ocean, trees, clouds, rain, new moon

gracefully dwelling in mother water’s womb

it’s been a long day’s journey into night, one of those days of pure delight when carried on the wings of love, i arrive home to the coo of a dove… listening raptly to the sound of the surf and to the birds’ joyous song of the earth, transported gently across the peaceful sea, this is the moment to simply be… may we all be at ease, may we all be peace…

new moon in sag offers a perfect time to plant seeds and so i spend this day being organic farmer out in the field… re-membering the inspiring days of Camelot, i sow seeds of peace… looking forward to holi days with loved ones, i scatter seeds of love and gratitude… breathing deeply through our one heart, i plant seeds in a serpentine pattern for spiral dancing along our sacred path…

with each breath, another seed, with each seed, more deepening into stillness, with more deepening, everything slows down attuning to the heartbeat of the cosmos…

may we all breathe in the beauty of this moment trusting our one heart to guide us home…

as the winds whistle through and trees dance wildly like ocean waves in a nor’easter, i am, like my childhood hero, wrapped in peace feeling earth spirits moving us along the path at the speed of light while water loosens and carries away baggage unnecessary for our journey… moment after moment of inspiration, of breathing in and walking in beauty, of being peace in the center of the wheel, the field, the sacred hoop, the web of life… i love our being peace in this moment as we walk each other home…

the heart of this tree, a childhood favorite haunting place, pulls me inside today giving the space for quiet integration of the momentous move of the last few moons… so much is coming in during this great turning and what once worked sems to now be obsolete as if we all have a new operating system and no manual…

so, i come home to the heart to sit in emptiness, to just be in this moment and breathe in the rhythm of the waves grounding myself in earth mother as the wind blows through and ignites a wildfire out of heart’s embers…

surrendering to the path of heart, sitting in emptiness in the stillpoint of creation, i await the birth of the new from the ashes of the old as darkness turns into light…
